MST partner program offers an excellent opportunity for authorized resellers around the world to sell, customize and support MST products and solutions for all types of customers. This program provides IT solution providers a simpler & an innovative way to introduce new service offerings and create excellent revenue opportunities, while assisting organizations to benefit from rapid implementation of Electronic Document Management System.

 
2. What products are involved?

MST partner program covers the following Content Management products:

MST eDoC – Enterprise Document Management System
MST eCoD – Electronic Conversion of Documents
MST eCreate – Web-based collaborative writing, reviewing and tracking system of documents
 

3. Where can I view the terms and conditions of the reseller agreement?

You can view and accept the terms and conditions of the reseller agreement upon completing the enrollment and qualification process.

 


4. When is the program available?

The MST Reseller program is currently available, wherein interested partners are invited toclick hereand fill in the form to get in touch with a Channel representative.

 
5. What is the strategy behind MST reseller program?

MST’s objective is to assist enterprises across the globe to accrue the benefits arising out of the concept of a paperless office by implementing an Electronic Document Management System. To accomplish this, MST is keen to closely work with its partners to meet the customer demands across the globe.

 

Generally, enterprises prefer local firms that are familiar with their specific business processes and technical specifications. They favour local partners to implement, integrate, optimize and support the implemented solutions/products. Thus, we intend to work with resellers/partners and successfully deliver the solutions/products for the Global clientele.

 
6. Who is being invited to participate?
Potential partners who have the requisite capability & skills in Enterprise software services and solutions in particular are eligible to participate. In addition to that, professional services firms, VARs, systems integrators, software/solutions firms, ISPs, among others, are also welcome to participate.
 
7. What resources does MST provide to resellers as part of this program?
MST offers the following support for its resellers as part of this program:
• Provides marketing and training material including technical (product & support) deployment training materials
• Provides Channel discount to its partners and would bill resellers, while resellers would bill their end customers
• Provides Sales & Marketing training on a need basis
 
8. How can a potential partner join the program?
Potential partners are invited to learn more about the MST Reseller/partner Program by filling in the reseller application/enquiry form. Once the form is submitted by an organization, an email is sent to that organization, enlisting the specific steps that need to be followed for qualification and evaluation process.
 
9. What are the criteria you need to fulfill to become part of MST Reseller/Partner program?
The following criteria must be met in order to become an MST Reseller:
• Must have a minimum of one full-time employee (who would be provided training on MST products)
• Must be capable of providing customer site demonstrations
• Must be willing to perform on-site evaluations for all MST products/solutions
• Must schedule at least 3 joint sales calls with MST sales team for each quarter
